Our Team

Stephanie Lampton - PRESIDENT

I founded Menu Marketing in 1999, getting my start in the food brokerage business in 1984.  From 1984 to 1999 I was employed at Lafferty & Company, managing  sales personnel, with major distributor and operator accounts responsibility, and developed many very strong distributor and operator relationships through these years. I believe in staying involved in the everyday sales as part of my responsibilities. I continue to handle key operator accounts, and work side be side on a daily basis with my great team.

DORI BILBREY - SALES

Dori joined us in October 2008 and has been a broker rep in the Springfield market for 12 years, she works  in our Springfield office covering SGC, Reinhart, Graves Menu Maker Foods and Associated Grocers in Springfield

CARLA SILVIO - SALES

Carla grew up in the restaurant industry, and has previously worked on the distributor side of the business.  Carla now works with Sysco Kansas City and calls on key operators in the market area.

dave McConnell - sales

Dave previously worked with US Foods and a couple of years ago joined the Menu Marketing team.  He works with US Foods, Evco and F&A Sales, Dave started with Menu Marketing in 2015.

RYAN CAREY - SALES

Ryan has been with Menu Marketing since 2016.  He is working with Reinhart in Kansas City, and handles all our school accounts, and doing a great job with all operators he works with.

 

MARY JO RHODENBAUGH - CUSTOMER SERVICE

She works Menu Marketing’s administrative tasks. Between orders,  communication from Manufacturers, Distributors,  and Broker-reps Mary Jo is the best in the business. We are glad she’s on our team!

MARY WHITTON - CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mary came on board in October 2008, with many years in the foodservice business, both at distributor and broker customer service.   Mary handles all our billbacks, bids and manages our sample and POS needs.  We again are lucky to have such experience in our customer service department.
